Settlement reached on behalf of a janitor who slipped
and fell on loose floor tiling at the property where he was assigned to
work. The client suffered a shoulder injury which required surgical repair.
Suit alleged that the bathroom floor and had multiple areas with loose,
cracked, and missing floor tiles. In the days immediately following the
accident, the property owner removed all of the floor tiles and replaced
