who was attending a family party at his uncle’s house when the back deck
that he was standing on detached from the home and collapsed. Client
suffered injuries to his shoulder and knee, both of which required surgery.
Settlement was the largest received from any of the victims of this
accident and represented the balance of the policy limits after payment of
