We reached a settlement on behalf of the driver of a car who was involved in a car accident at the intersection of Golf Road and Rand Road in Des Plaines. The defendant was traveling in the opposite direction and failed to yield the right of way when making a left turn. As a result the client suffered fractures of his clavicle and his right foot.
