We were able to secure a pre-suit settlement on behalf of a Rockford boy who was bitten in the face by his uncle’s dog. The settlement was reached through negotiations with the uncle’s homeowner’s insurance. The boy suffered puncture wounds to his cheek and nose with some residual scarring. The settlement included a structure which will help defray educational expenses when he reaches college age. (Winnebago County).
