We reached a settlement against a cab driver and taxi
company on behalf of the estate of a truck driver who was crossing the
street near Midway Airport mid-block while intoxicated on a rainy night.
As part of our investigation, we located two eyewitnesses to the accident
who testified that the cab driver was speeding. (Cook County)
