We were able to reach a pre-suit settlement on behalf of a veteran who received medical care at the former Lakeside VA Hospital. After undergoing vascular surgery on his legs, he developed a post-operative bleed. The resulting hematoma was not detected and evacuated promptly causing a compressive neuopathy on his femoral nerve. (Federal Tort Claims Act).
